Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skaftorAI’s website and platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

skaftorAI provides an AI-native software delivery platform that captures intent, orchestrates coding agents, governs changes, and maintains an engineering memory. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to breach security, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content you do not have the right to process.

You retain all rights to the code, documents, and other content you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Service integrates with third-party tools and coding agents you choose to connect. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the configuration and permissions you grant them.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase (for example, $99 per seat per month for Pro). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing changes before they ship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, skaftorAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
