Settings overview
A map of every Settings section — personal, delivery, repository, AI and spend, and organisation — and what each one controls.
Open Settings from the gear in the top bar. Sections are grouped as follows.
You
- Profile — your name and email.
- Daily digest — a once-a-day email tailored to your role.
- Workstations — your cloud machines, access token and CLI setup.
Delivery
- Workflow — steps, approvers, send-back targets, and how code reaches release.
- Agents — organisation agents that run at a workflow step. "Create an agent" or "Start from a template" (Security check, Release notes, Requirements coverage, Test work orders, Screen mockups), then "Add to workflow".
- Environments — who deploys each environment, checks, pipeline reports and deploy hooks.
- Automatic runs — features run end to end by the orchestrator.
This repo
- Repo & code — name and description, the release model, copy or archive the project.
- Integrations — code hosts, PRD sources, and the tools your team uses.
AI & spend
- AI keys & limits — provider keys, monthly budget, the model gateway, which AI does what, and limits and rules.
- Usage — what AI has cost, by provider, by activity, and workstation runs.
- System prompts — the agent and generation prompts.
Organisation
- Members & roles — invite and import people, approve invitations, and set roles.
- Plan & billing — seats, plans and invoices.
- Cloud & targets — where the coding happens: Skaftor Cloud or your own cloud.
- Your cloud — run Skaftor's data plane in your own Kubernetes cluster.
